Sam's Club Price Match Policy
Lowest Prices Guaranteed - is well known for having the lowest prices around, but should you find a product we sell priced lower, simply e-mail or call our customer service experts at to have your order price matched! Or you can complete your order online and include the link to the lower price in the "Coupon Codes and Special Instructions" field during checkout.
Sam's Club will price match:
- The exact same item, including brand, prescription parameters, quantity, size, color, etc.
- Sold by an online retailer
- When the item is currently in-stock at the retailer we are price matching
- For the competitor's current online advertised price
- Including all shipping, handling, processing and hidden fees
- Price Match requests must be made within 7 days of your order date.
- Competitor multi-box discounts will only be honored if the minimum quantity to receive the discount is purchased.
- Price-matched orders are not eligible for additional special offers, coupons, or discounts on top of the price match.
Sam's Club does not honor price matches for the following:
- Competitor coupon codes
- Buy one, get one free (BOGO)
- Going out of business or closeout prices
- Rebates not offered on our website
- Misprinted or expired ad prices
- Discounted prices not currently listed on the competitor's website
- Pricing offered on in-store-only purchases (Offline pricing)
- Competitor's private label price promotions
- Free or zero dollar cost items or add-ons
- Items that are similar or identical, but not the exact same including the brand
- Items that require a separate purchase to get the discounted price
- Items with no actual price that require a purchase to get the free product
- Items that require a purchase to get a competitor's gift card
- Special pricing that requires a purchased membership (Membership or Club Pricing)
- Pricing offered only via search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)
- Introductory or first time customer offers
- Sales Tax
All price matching is at the sole discretion of Sam's Club and is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Sam's Club reserves the right to refuse price matching at any time.
