Step 2: Place Your Order
Enter the pack size, and the number of boxes for each eye.
Click continue, and enter your prescription for each eye including sphere power, base curve, diameter, etc. If both eyes are the same, select the "Same prescription for both eyes" checkbox.
Click on the "Add to cart" button
Double check the information in your shopping cart to ensure that it is correct
If you're ready to checkout, click the "Begin Checkout" button.
Create a Sam's Club account, or sign in if you're already registered.
Enter (or verify) the address to which you'd like your order shipped and a phone number where you can be reached.
Choose your preferred shipping method from the available choices and select continue.
Select the patient for whom you're ordering, or add new if you're ordering for someone new.
Upload a copy of your prescription, or enter your doctor information so that we can verify your prescripion.
When finished, click the "Continue" button.
Enter your payment information (credit card number, expiration, etc.) in the spaces provided.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Click the "Place Order" button. Once your prescription is verified, we'll ship your lenses.
You'll receive an order confirmation through email and your contact lenses will arrive soon!
