Sam's Club makes returns easy. No matter what your reason is, U.S. customers can return items up to 365 days from the shipping date— free!
Here's What You Do:
- Contact our Customer Service Team to request your return shipping label.
- Next, you'll receive an email with a link to print the shipping label— we can mail one— let us know. Labels are marked with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number; please note that items without an RMA number will not be eligible for return.
- Finally, package your item (ideally in its original box), put the label on and mail it back.
- Within five days of receiving your return, we'll inspect the shipment and apply a credit to the original payment method, or ship a replacement item to you (ships free!).

Halloween, specialty and made-to-order (RGP and other custom contact lenses) contacts are not eligible for return unless defective. For defective Johnson & Johnson VisionCare, Inc. and Bausch + Lomb contact lenses, please review their separate return policies. Sam's Club cannot issue credit for products damaged in transit to warehouses. Some credit cards may take up to 10 days for a credit to show on your account. PayPal users may see separate line items for the authorization, actual charge and refund. Please look for the refund line item before contacting us. Sam's Club does not charge restocking or service fees. In the event that you are unable to print a return label, please contact us and we will mail you a return label, or address your package, including the RMA number, and mail to the address below. Sam's Club will reimburse you for the cost. In order to receive reimbursement for shipping costs, you will need to provide a copy of the receipt.
