How to Return Defective Johnson & Johnson Contact Lenses
J&J requires that you contact them at (800) 843-2020 to report any defects. Their Customer Relations Team will assist you with reporting the defective lens(es), provide you with instructions on how to return the lens(es), and assist you with a replacement order if one is needed.
