Free Return Shipping

Sam's Club makes returns easy. No matter what your reason is, U.S. customers can return items up to 365 days from the shipping date— free!

Here's What You Do:

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team to request your return shipping label.
  2. Next, you'll receive an email with a link to print the shipping label.
  3. Package the item (ideally in its original box) and include the original invoice.
  4. Finally, put the label on and mail it back.
  5. Within five days of receiving your return, we'll inspect the shipment and apply a credit to the original payment method.
  6. You'll receive a full credit with the original invoice included, and 50% without.

Sam's Club retains the right to modify or discontinue this promotion at any time. Free return shipping is limited to a maximum of three returns in any one year period. Free returns offer only valid for residents of the contiguous U.S. Discontinued products may not be returned for credit.

Specialty and made-to-order (RGP and other custom contact lenses) contacts are not eligible for return unless defective. For defective Johnson & Johnson VisionCare, Inc., Bausch + Lomb, and Alcon contact lenses, please review their separate return policies. Sam's Club cannot issue credit for products damaged in transit to Sam's Club warehouses. Some credit cards may take up to 10 days for a credit to show on your account. Sam's Club does not charge restocking or service fees.
